Our world in an era of disruption and breakdown requires a very different kind of leadership to that which got us into this mess in the first place. For ten years I was a Professor in leadership studies, and tried to integrate a more critical and transcendent approach to sustainability, leadership, learning and change, as I taught Masters level and executive courses around the world. But I resigned from academia to focus on my own ‘deep adaptation’ to collapse, and to have more freedom for how I help people to learn and change in future. Also for years I offered online and in-person courses on the topic of Leading Through Collapse, but have now ceased teaching those, as I take some time to re-consider any future teaching.
I co-host meditation retreats where I live in Bali (Note that we decline anyone who would be travelling from abroad specifically for one of these meditation retreats, as we don’t encourage flying for weekends away).
